Tools needed: KOTOR Tool (Only tool you'll need for this tut. You may need more depending on the 2DA)
Open KOTOR Tool Open KOTOR II then BIFS, then 2da bif then 2D Array.
For this tut, we'll use the 2da called itemcreate.2da. Open it up.
In the first column (Row Label) place the next number (if last number is 200, then make it 201)
In the second column (label) place the tag. Tag, you ask? That is the code you put in to get an item from the cheat console (For a blue saber, tag would be g_w_lghtsbr01)
In the third column (skill) place the skill points required to make. Just put 1 so you can get it early.
In the fourth column (group) is the tab that the item will fall under. 4 is the tab with weapons and shields and such. 2 is the melee upgrades. 3 is the Lightsaber upgrades. 1 is Ranged. While 0 is the armor upgrades. Place the item under a corresponding tab. (Lightsabers in 3, Ranged in 1. You don't nesscessarly have to do this. When I first experimented with this 2da, I just placed 4.)
Leave Columns 5, 6, 8, and 9 blank.
In column 7, place the skill you want to make it. Place 1 just as a test, and go through them, and take notes.
